If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or purchase tickets through our platform.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time as we deem necessary. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting. 1. Platform Services and Functionality
1.1. Our Role
bookandgo operates as a ticketing platform that enables event organizers and promoters ("Organizers") to sell tickets and related products through dedicated event pages. We provide Organizers with the tools to create event listings, manage sales, and access secure payment processing services. Our platform facilitates transactions between Organizers and customers but does not assume liability for disputes unless explicitly stated in these Terms.
1.2. Independent Service Provider
bookandgo functions independently and is not an agent, representative, or partner of event Organizers. We do not organize, produce, or manage events themselves. Ticket pricing is determined solely by the Organizers, not by bookandgo.
1.3. Organizer Information and Additional Terms
Each event page displays relevant information about the Organizer. Event Organizers or venue operators may impose additional terms and conditions ("Event-Specific Terms") relating to their events. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding these Event-Specific Terms before purchasing tickets.
1.4. Organizer Responsibility
All claims, disputes, or issues regarding ticket purchases, event cancellations, postponements, or modifications are the sole responsibility of the Organizer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, bookandgo accepts no liability for such matters.
2. Pricing Structure and Fees
2.1. Service Fees
Ticket prices displayed on our platform exclude service fees charged by bookandgo ("Service Fees"). These fees may include per-ticket charges, order processing fees, or transaction fees. Service Fees are subject to change at our discretion, but changes will only apply to future transactions, never retroactively.
2.2. Sales Channels
For the purposes of these Terms, "sales channels" refers to all websites, mobile applications, and platforms utilizing bookandgo's service and software to facilitate ticket sales.
2.3. Additional Charges
In addition to the base ticket price, bookandgo may charge additional fees including Service Fees, delivery charges, and printing fees where applicable. All such fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your ticket purchase.
2.4. Fee Application
Service Fees may be applied on a per-ticket basis, per complete order basis, or a combination thereof, as indicated during the checkout process.
3. Ticket Purchase Requirements and Process
3.1. Age Requirement
Unless otherwise specified on the event page, you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase event tickets through our platform.
3.2. Pricing Errors
bookandgo reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase and issue a full refund if a pricing error occurs due to technical malfunction or human error. Subject to ticket availability, we may offer to reprocess the transaction at the correct price.
3.3. Organizer Rights
Event Organizers maintain the right to modify advertised programs, adjust seating arrangements, change venue capacity, and refuse admission for legitimate reasons including intoxication, disruptive behavior, non-compliance with instructions, invalid tickets or identification, or health and safety concerns.
3.4. Ticket Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have your tickets available when attending an event. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, or for failure to present tickets at the event. You must provide accurate delivery information, including a valid email address for electronic tickets, allowing sufficient time for ticket delivery.
4. Payment Processing
4.1. Payment Methods
All online payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors, including Stripe and other certified payment gateways.
4.2. Payment Processor Terms
By using specific payment methods, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the payment processor. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms.
4.3. Non-Refundable Service Fees
Unless otherwise stated, Service Fees charged by bookandgo are non-refundable, even if the underlying ticket purchase is refunded by the Organizer.
4.4. Tax and Currency
Unless specified otherwise, all prices include applicable taxes (such as VAT where relevant). A tax invoice will be provided upon purchase completion. All prices are displayed in the currency specified for each event.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations
5.1. Organizer Responsibility for Refunds
Event Organizers are solely responsible for issuing refunds or providing alternative tickets when events are cancelled, significantly modified, or postponed. You should review the Organizer's refund policy before purchasing tickets.
5.2. Contact Information Sharing
To enable Organizers to communicate important event updates, we may share your contact information with them. This authorization does not permit Organizers to send unsolicited marketing communications or spam.
5.3. Event Update Notifications
Organizers will notify ticket holders of cancellations, changes, or postponements through text messages, email, social media, or other available communication channels. It is your responsibility to stay informed about event status by checking these communication channels.
6. Platform Notifications
By accepting these Terms, you consent to receiving event-related notifications from bookandgo. You may manage notification preferences through your account settings or application preferences at any time.
7. Refund and Exchange Policy
7.1. Final Sale Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable through bookandgo unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
7.2. No Exchanges
Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Organizer on the event page, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or cancelled after purchase.
7.3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
You are not entitled to a refund in the following situations:
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets (unless we can verify the specific seat or ticket allocation)
Failed delivery due to incorrect contact information, refused delivery, unavailability to receive tickets, or email delivery issues (such as full mailboxes or spam filters)
General admission tickets that we can identify and mark as cancelled
We may charge a reasonable administration fee for ticket replacements in these circumstances where replacement is possible.
8. Cancellation Rights
8.1. No Cooling-Off Period
The standard consumer right of cancellation (cooling-off period) is expressly waived for ticket purchases. This means you do not have a statutory period to cancel or return your ticket order at no cost. This exclusion applies to tickets for events with fixed dates, capacity limitations, or services tied to specific time periods.
8.2. Special Circumstances
Purchases not covered by the above exclusion are subject to the Organizer's specific terms and conditions.
8.3. Modification Requests
Where possible, you may request changes to your ticket order through bookandgo customer service or by contacting the Organizer directly. The Organizer has sole discretion to accept or reject such requests and may charge additional fees. Any applicable ticket insurance or protection plans should be reviewed for potential coverage of modification costs.

14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. Limited Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from tickets purchased through our platform is limited to the Service Fees you paid for those specific tickets. This limitation does not affect your rights to pursue claims against the Organizer for the face value of the tickets.
14.2. Third-Party Actions

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta for any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our platform. Event Organizer Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Organizer Terms") govern the relationship between event organizers, promoters, and service providers (collectively "Organizers") and bookandgo. These Organizer Terms also govern the facilitation of ticket sales to buyers through our platform. Throughout this section, "bookandgo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to our platform and services, while "you," "your," and "Organizer" refer to event organizers using our platform.
A "Ticket" or "Tickets" refers to event tickets and related products purchased through bookandgo's platform for events organized by you. An "Event" refers to any event, exhibition, performance, or gathering for which you are selling tickets through our platform.
1. Roles and Responsibilities
1.1. bookandgo's Services
bookandgo provides a platform that enables Event Organizers to create dedicated event pages where tickets can be purchased by customers. Our services include access to secure payment processing gateways and related tools to facilitate ticket sales.
1.2. Limited Liability for Event Quality
bookandgo is not responsible or liable for the artistic quality, content, or delivery of events and services provided by Organizers. We do not oversee or control how Organizers fulfill their obligations to ticket buyers.
1.3. Insurance Requirements
Organizers must maintain valid insurance coverage with a reputable insurer for their Events. This insurance must include event cancellation coverage sufficient to refund all ticket holders in accordance with Section 4.3 below.
1.4. Buyer Communication
For matters concerning purchased tickets and event-specific issues, bookandgo will direct buyers to the Organizer's terms and conditions and contact information.
1.5. Customer Support Responsibility
Organizers are solely responsible for providing customer support related to their Events. You must maintain active, monitored communication channels (such as email, phone, or messaging services) through which buyers and potential customers can easily reach you with questions or concerns.
1.6. Information Accuracy
bookandgo publishes information on our platform based entirely on data provided by Organizers. You are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of all information you provide, including pricing, policies, conditions, and availability. bookandgo relies on this information when facilitating sales through our platform.
1.7. Disclaimer for Errors
bookandgo cannot be held responsible for errors (including typographical mistakes), service interruptions, inaccurate or misleading information, or failures to provide information when such issues stem from Organizer-provided data.
2. Pricing and Service Fees
2.1. Service Fee Structure
Ticket face values displayed on our platform exclude bookandgo Service Fees by default. Service Fees may include per-ticket charges, per-order processing fees, or other transaction-related fees. Organizers may optionally choose to absorb these fees, in which case the fees become part of the total ticket price paid by buyers rather than appearing as separate charges.
2.2. Sales Channels Definition
For purposes of these Organizer Terms, "sales channels" means all websites, mobile applications, and platforms utilizing bookandgo's services and software to facilitate ticket sales.
2.3. Fee Transparency
All Service Fees will be clearly disclosed in advance during the order process or included in the overall ticket price.
2.4. Fee Modifications
bookandgo may adjust Service Fees at any time, but changes will never apply retroactively to completed transactions.
2.5. Additional Costs
Ticket prices may exceed printed face values due to additional costs such as reservation fees, payment processing charges, printing expenses, and delivery fees undertaken by bookandgo.
2.6. Order Confirmation
A purchase is only complete once the buyer receives written confirmation from or on behalf of the Organizer.
2.7. Failed Delivery Refunds
If a buyer completes payment but ticket delivery proves impossible due to unforeseen circumstances, the buyer is entitled to a full refund including all additional costs such as Service Fees. You guarantee that refunds will be processed promptly in accordance with these Organizer Terms.
3. Event Day Obligations
3.1. Ticket Scanning Responsibility
On the event date, Organizers are solely responsible for scanning and validating all tickets at entry points.
3.2. Equipment Requirements
You are responsible for having functional mobile devices (Android or iOS) capable of scanning tickets. If you require device rentals from bookandgo, you must provide at least five (5) days' notice before your event. Rental fees will be charged separately on a daily basis.
3.3. Internet Connectivity
A stable internet connection is required for ticket scanning. You acknowledge sole responsibility for ensuring adequate internet connectivity at your venue.
3.4. ID Verification
Organizers are solely responsible for validating identification documents to verify that ticket holders meet event eligibility requirements.
3.5. Event Staffing
Unless otherwise specified, all staff working at your Event are presumed to be appointed and managed by you as the Organizer.
3.6. On-Site Representation
If you require a bookandgo representative on-site during your Event, you must notify us at least thirty (30) days in advance. This service will be charged separately on a case-by-case basis.
4. Event Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
4.1. Organizer Discretion
Organizers may decide to reschedule an Event to a different time, date, or location, or cancel it entirely. Such decisions lie entirely within your discretion and are completely beyond bookandgo's control.
4.2. Notification Obligations
Unless otherwise agreed, Organizers must inform ticket buyers of cancellations, changes, or postponements. Notifications should be sent via email, SMS, social media, website announcements, or any other available communication channels.
4.3. Refund Responsibility
Consequences of event cancellations, relocations, or postponements are borne entirely by the Organizer. You are responsible for providing refunds to ticket buyers. If bookandgo holds ticket sale proceeds, we will not process refunds without explicit written instructions from you through the bookandgo dashboard. If we have already transferred funds to you (per Section 5.2), you must make those funds available to bookandgo to facilitate required refunds.
4.4. Limited Liability
bookandgo cannot be held liable for refunds or lack thereof resulting from Organizer decisions.
4.5. Service Fee Refunds
Service Fees paid on orders are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you choose to refund both ticket prices and Service Fees to buyers, you must reimburse bookandgo for all Service Fees before we process refunds to ticket holders on your behalf.
5. Payment Processing and Fund Collection
5.1. Authorization to Collect Funds
You authorize bookandgo to collect payment from buyers purchasing tickets to your Events through our platform on your behalf.
5.2. Payment Schedule Options
You may choose to be paid either after your Event concludes or on a weekly basis before your Event commences.
5.3. Pre-Event Weekly Payment Requirements
To receive weekly payments before your Event, you must:
Provide valid event cancellation insurance covering the total value of tickets being sold
Have successfully hosted at least one (1) previous event through bookandgo
Provide valid proof of identity
Provide valid proof of address
Obtain all required event permits from competent authorities
5.4. Payment Processing Schedule
Payments are processed on Mondays with a seven (7) day rolling balance (applicable to both payment methods). If a Monday payment date falls on a bank holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day. For weekly pre-event payments, the final payment will occur seven (7) days after the last ticket sale.
5.5. Fund Withholding Rights
When Organizers opt for weekly pre-event payments, bookandgo reserves the right to withhold funds if we have reasonable suspicion that an Event carries high cancellation risk. In such cases, we will request sufficient evidence that your Event will proceed as scheduled. Funds will only be transferred once we are satisfied with the documentation provided. Without adequate documentation, bookandgo will retain funds until after the Event date and then transfer them to you or refund buyers as appropriate.
6. Term and Termination
6.1. Effective Period
These Organizer Terms take effect when you publish an event on the bookandgo platform and remain in force until you no longer have any active events on our platform.
6.2. Multiple Events
If you have multiple events on bookandgo, these Organizer Terms remain in effect until after your last scheduled event concludes.
6.3. Survival of Terms
Any provisions of these Organizer Terms that expressly or by implication should continue beyond termination will remain in full force and effect.
7. Liability and Limitations
7.1. Organizer as Seller
For all purposes under these Organizer Terms, the Organizer is considered the seller of tickets, not bookandgo. We simply facilitate sales through our platform. bookandgo is not and shall never be considered a party to the agreement between you and the buyer upon ticket purchase.
7.2. No Liability for Organizer Performance
bookandgo is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or refunds arising from your failure to fulfill obligations to buyers.
7.3. Event Changes
bookandgo is not liable for damages or costs suffered by buyers due to event relocations, postponements, or cancellations.
7.4. Delivery Issues
bookandgo is not liable for damages resulting from delayed or failed ticket delivery when such delays or failures are not attributable to us.
7.5. Lost or Damaged Tickets
bookandgo accepts no liability for loss of or damage to tickets for any reason. Once tickets are delivered to buyers, they bear all risk of loss, theft, damage, or misuse.
7.6. Third-Party Tickets
bookandgo does not accept liability for tickets obtained from unauthorized third parties or resellers.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1. Ownership Recognition
Each party acknowledges that the other party's intellectual property rights constitute valuable assets. All rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights in any materials, products, or services belonging to one party remain the exclusive property of that party.
8.2. No Transfer of Rights
Nothing in these Organizer Terms grants either party any ownership interest in the other party's intellectual property or associated goodwill. Each party acknowledges it acquires no such interest through this agreement.
9. Force Majeure
"Force Majeure" means events beyond a party's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions or restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, power outages, communication network failures, equipment malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances that make performance of these Organizer Terms unreasonably impracticable for bookandgo.
10. Confidentiality Obligations
10.1. Definition of Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" means all proprietary information and any financial, business, technical, or other data (whether written, oral, electronic, or stored on any media) concerning either party's business and affairs that the other party obtains, receives, or accesses as a result of discussions, entering into, or performing under these Organizer Terms.
10.2. Confidentiality Obligations
Each party undertakes to keep secret any Confidential Information received during the term of these Organizer Terms and for two (2) years after termination, and to use such information solely for performing obligations under these Organizer Terms.
10.3. Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
Becomes public knowledge through no fault of the receiving party
Was public knowledge before disclosure
Can be shown to have been known by the receiving party before disclosure
Must be disclosed by law to governmental, regulatory, or authority bodies (with prior notification where practicable)
10.4. Permitted Disclosures
Each party may disclose Confidential Information to:
Directors, employees, or group members requiring access for purposes of these Organizer Terms
Professional advisors under appropriate confidentiality conditions
Governmental or regulatory bodies when legally required
10.5. Employee Compliance
Each party shall use reasonable efforts to ensure its directors and employees comply with confidentiality obligations.
10.6. Reserved Rights
Each party reserves all rights in its Confidential Information. No rights beyond those expressly stated in these Organizer Terms are granted or implied. No license is granted under any patent, invention, copyright, or other intellectual property right.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
11.1. Data Processing Role
bookandgo serves as a data processor under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and processes buyer personal data on behalf of Organizers based on your instructions. We are authorized to process buyer personal data in the context of facilitating ticket purchases.
11.2. Compliance with Privacy Laws
bookandgo processes buyer personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and our own privacy policy, which is provided to buyers before purchase and available on our website. We will not use personal data for our own commercial purposes unless buyers provide explicit permission.
11.3. Data Sharing
bookandgo will only share buyer data with Organizers when necessary for event fulfillment or when buyers provide explicit consent via opt-in mechanisms displayed on the platform to receive marketing communications from Organizers.
12. General Provisions
12.1. Acknowledgment of Understanding
Both parties acknowledge they are over 18 years of age and have read, understood, and approved these Organizer Terms.
12.2. Severability
If any provision of these Organizer Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the enforceability of remaining provisions.
12.3. No Waiver
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver. Failure to assert any right does not constitute waiver of that right.
13. Amendments to Organizer Terms
bookandgo may unilaterally amend these Organizer Terms. Amended terms will be communicated to affected Organizers in advance of taking effect.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Organizer Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) arising from or in connection with these Organizer Terms.
