Your ticket is emailed to the address you used at checkout. You can also log in to your Book&Go account and go to My Orders to view and download all your tickets.
Refund policies are set by each event organiser. Please check the event page for the specific refund policy, or contact us and we'll connect you with the organiser directly.
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, log in to your account to verify your order, then contact us at support@bookandgo.mt and we'll resend it for you.
Register as an organiser, create your event, add ticket types, and publish. Payments are processed via Stripe and paid out directly to you. Visit our registration page to get started.
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Book&Go never stores your card details.
