Book an Appointment

When you purchase a ticket for this event, you enter into an agreement with the event's Organiser, Promoter or Venue (collectively referred to as the "Organiser"). The following conditions apply alongside the Book&Go platform terms set out below:

• You must hold a valid, unaltered ticket to be admitted to the event. Tampering with, copying or removing any part of your ticket may void it entirely.
• The Organiser retains the right to make changes to the programme, lineup, running times, seating layout or venue capacity where circumstances require it — for example, due to regulatory instruction, artist availability, or factors outside the Organiser's control. Such adjustments will not be considered material changes and will not automatically entitle you to a refund, although your statutory rights remain unaffected.
• If the event is moved to a different date or location, you will be given the choice to keep your ticket for the new arrangement or request a refund. If the event is cancelled entirely, you may be offered the option to transfer your booking to a future event or receive your money back. Any platform booking or transaction fees are non-refundable in these situations.
• The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any personal costs you incur — such as travel, accommodation or related expenses — as a result of the event being rescheduled, relocated or cancelled.
• Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited. If the Organiser has reasonable cause to suspect commercial resale, the tickets in question may be voided and the bearer denied entry.
• For the safety of all attendees, the Organiser may refuse admission to any person and may carry out security checks at their discretion.
• The Organiser's liability is limited to situations where a legal duty of care has been breached and the resulting harm was a direct, foreseeable consequence of that breach. Responsibility is not accepted for the actions of third parties such as exhibitors, vendors or performers.
• If any portion of the event is held outdoors, it will go ahead in all weather conditions unless declared unsafe by a designated safety officer. Whilst efforts will be made to arrange alternative indoor arrangements, refunds will not be issued solely due to poor weather if the event still takes place.
• The Organiser is not liable for the loss of, theft of, or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.
• You may be photographed, filmed or audio-recorded while attending the event. Such recordings may be used for promotional, broadcast or security purposes by the Organiser or their authorised partners and sponsors.
• Personal video or audio recording is not permitted in performance or theatrical areas unless the Organiser has given prior written consent.
• Certain events may impose age restrictions, particularly where alcohol is served or late-night entertainment is involved. Anyone who does not meet the minimum age requirement will be refused entry.
• Under Maltese law, individuals aged under 17 may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at the event.
• These conditions are governed by the laws of Malta, and the Maltese courts shall have sole jurisdiction over any related disputes.

By using the Book&Go platform to complete your purchase, you also agree to the following:

• Book&Go operates as a ticketing platform and does not have the authority to process refunds independently. Refunds will only be issued when the Organiser expressly authorises them, and will cover the face value of the ticket only — booking and service fees are excluded. Should you have opted for a Refundable Booking, the separate terms at refundable.me/extended/en will apply.
• Book&Go facilitates payment collection on behalf of the Organiser as an authorised intermediary. Your primary contractual relationship — apart from the booking fee and the platform service itself — is with the Organiser. Book&Go does not organise, stage or manage the event and has no influence over its cancellation, rescheduling or material alteration.
• Book&Go will communicate any relevant updates or changes to your booking without unnecessary delay.
• By finalising your order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted any event-specific terms issued by the Organiser.
• Please review your tickets carefully as soon as you receive them. While every care is taken to ensure accuracy, errors may not always be correctable after the fact. If you notice a mistake, please contact us straight away.
• Book&Go bears no responsibility for the conduct or failures of any Organiser. Under no circumstances shall Book&Go be liable for death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property arising from your attendance at an event, except where directly caused by our own negligence.
• Should there be any conflict between the Organiser's terms and those of Book&Go, the Book&Go terms shall take precedence.
• Personal data collected through Book&Go is used to process ticket purchases and deliver related services. All data is handled in accordance with the Book&Go Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
